As I've had to delete original post, lemme re-introduce the website I've been working on for a while now - with some breaks, along with a link: http://dn0.calaeus.cba.pl Long story short, I figured that as the community is growing and there's a lot of info scattered around or lost, mxoemu could use some unofficial fan made information hub. The website design is based off on the original WB DN1 page made for The Matrix Online back in 2005, and has been, therefore, named dn0 - data node zero - as we are quite literally going back to the source. Original, slightly broken, DN1 page is still available on mxoarchive, with fixed version available on my own hosting here (http://dn1.calaeus.cba.pl/), which will remain unchanged as it is. The new, DN0 website that I've been working on, with some help, will function as an mxocommunity info hub, which will contain: ▫️ mxoemu dev news (patch notes, news about upcoming phosphor server etc) ▫️ mxoemu guides (installation, connection, commands and others, gathered from both, forums and discord) ▫️ game info (game mechanics, such as combat etc, which do need to be updated, as a lot of the info is currently outdated) ▫️ community fan art (pictures, screenshots, videos, music, podcasts and everything else brought by the community) Aside from the altered content, the website has been optimized for smoother browsing and also easier management, as the 2005 solutions were far from ideal in this modern age. There are still a lot of things that need to be done, as number of links to 'inner' pages are not yet working. Some pages need to be purged and replaced. I am also considering some more structural changes on the main page. Main things that have been changed so far is the main page, with new content, such as Ouranos's RFZ and Vesuveus's podcasts links visible. The other thing is visible Server Status, thanks to rajkosto who was generous enough to provide me the tools so I can add it to the website.

The next steps will be fixing some broken functionalities, updating the outdates pages, deleting the ones that no longer serve any use, and add a place where all the fan made/shared content will reside. I am open for all the suggestions you guys might have regarding this website, as I want it to be place made by community, for the community, where not only mxoemu news will be highlighted, but also your creations. The whole thing was in large part possible with help from Vader and Strauberry, and also rajkosto. Thank you guys! Let me know how can this website be improved, what can be changed and added. I'm waiting for your feedback.

Having spoke to Calaeus, I wanted to ask if anyone else had a faction/org/mxo website they know of that's still around. It can be the original, a copy, or a mirror. Every bit we can save is special and could help us with forging into the future.

Don't know if this ok to post but it doesn't look to be against the rules in anyway. If it is I do apologize in advance and will remove this post. Something disturbing I recently came across is the former thematrixonline.com website domain, I was checking to see if SOE still owned it or what happened since the site no longer works. A Whois lookup showed it was registered through Epik Inc since 2013 and the description of the registration site is "a right-wing American domain registrar and web hosting company known for providing services to alt-tech websites that host far-right, neo-Nazi, and other extremist materials." I also did a Whois for mxo.com but it's registered through Amazon and has privacy/identity filters set for the data. It's been registered since 1997, but also doesn't load anything. If someone wanted mxo.net it was for sale for $10k/year lol

Yea, whoever is sitting on mxo.net is really hoping for a big payday to come in.
